Cash Denominations

When performing a Cash Balance the cash calculator function allows you to easily enter the individual quantities of each cash denomination in your cash drawer. You can customize these denominations to your specific currency on the Cash Denominations screen.

Adding and Editing Cash Denominations

  1. Browse to the Cash Denominations screen under the Settings menu.
  2. Click New on the action bar, or select an item to edit.
  3. Type in a Name for the denomination.
  4. Enter the denomination value in the Denomination field.
  5. Click Save to save your changes.

Deleting Cash Denominations

  1. From the Cash Denominations screen open the required item that you would like to delete.
  2. Click the Delete button on the action bar.
  3. If the item is not being used you will be prompted to confirm the delete by clicking the Delete button.
