What the Update Includes:

Bug Fixes

• Invoice Members: There is now a tick box added, "Exclude Memberships Expiring Today" to exclude the memberships that are expiring on the day of invoicing.
• Employee Time Records: Previously employees could edit Time Records, when they were restricted. This is now corrected.

Report Enhancements

• Reports Client Statement:Now displays the Company Tax Number, Client Address and Client tax Number.
• Service Profitability: The report now shows the profitability amount and percentage.
• Cash Drawer: In this report you can now select what you want to include on the report.
• Client Statement: This report now shows the Reference column to show the document reference.

Printing

• Invoice Printing:The print preview button for Invoices and Receipts will now display these documents in the A4 format again.

Marketing

• Unsubscribe Function:The Insert Hyperlink button know has a Unsubscribe link that you can add to your email. If a client wants to unsubscribe to the email this will popup a return email to your email address with the subject UNSUBSCRIBE in it. You can then manually remove that contact from your contact list.
• Last Booking Filter:This filter previously included clients that did not have any bookings. This has been corrected.
