When you sign up we include a complimentary online setup and training session to help ensure you successfully configure your account to suit your business needs.
- You'll need a decent internet connection to take advantage of your included setup and training sessions. We generally recommend at least a 4mbps connection speed.
- All setup and training sessions take place using Microsoft Teams or Teamviewer. You'll need a computer or laptop with speakers and a microphone for these sessions.
- You need to complete these complimentary sessions within the first 3 months of signing up. After this period, additional full sessions will be charged at our normal hourly rate. This is only for full setup or training sessions; your day-to-day support queries are included in your rental.
Setup
- A 1.5-hour online setup session is included when you sign up.
- The duration of the session varies from business to business, but we've found that 1.5 hours is generally sufficient.
- We advise completing the session in a single 1.5-hour meeting to ensure that is completed effectively.
- After your setup session you'll have time to complete getting things setup before scheduling your training session.
Importing Existing Data
We can assist in importing existing clients, products, vouchers and other information via Excel spreadsheets. Importing is free of charge if you provide us with the Excel sheets in the exact format we require for importing. Alternatively, you can provide us with unorganised sheets, and we will quote you for the work required in order for us to import them.
Training
- A 2.5-hour online training session is included when you sign up.
- The duration of the session varies from business to business, but we've found that 2.5 hours is generally sufficient.
- We recommend a maximum of 3 users in a training session.
- Additional full training sessions after your initial session will be charged at our standard hourly rate. This is only for full 2.5-hour sessions; normal support queries are included in your rental.
