The Time Records screen allows you to track the hours that your Employees are at your business. You can make these records manually, or use the Clock In and Clock Out functions to record this information.
- You can run the Hours Worked report to report on this information.
Clock In
- Browse to the Time Records screen under the Employees menu.
- Click Clock In on the action bar.
- Select the Employee you are clocking in.
- If a Password has been set up on their Employee profile, enter this password.
- Enter any Notes about this record.
- Click the Clock In button.
Clock Out
- Browse to the Time Records screen under the Employees menu.
- Click Clock Out on the action bar.
- Select the Employee you are clocking out.
- If a Password has been set up on their Employee profile, enter this password.
- Enter any Notes about this record.
- Click the Clock Out button.
Adding and Editing Time Records
- Browse to the Time Records screen under the Employees menu.
- Click New on the action bar, or select an item to edit.
- Select the Employee for this record.
- Set the Start and End time.
- Click Save to save your changes.
